"If Larry Dies, I Want the Baby"

Mother of Anna Nicole Smith, Virgie Arthur is petitioning the court for custody of Dannielynn should Larry Birkhead die. Larry Birkhead summarily refused to accept Arthur's bizarre request.

Meanwhile, Birkhead has been in seclusion spending lots of time with Dannielynn. Quoting his former adversary Howard K. Stern, "He's doing a great job".

Larry Birkhead is the father. He just announced to the world, "I told you so." The DNA results were unveiled inside and it's a DNA match for Birkhead and Dannielynn. TMZ.com

Accidental Overdose; No Foul Play

It was an accidental overdose of medication. Dr. Perper dismissed any possibility of homicide in the case. "We did not find any evidence that would point to homicide," he said. "We did not find any fact ... which could raise credible suspicion of homicide."

These are the words of Dr. Joshua Perper, Medical Examiner for Broward County.

Court Ordered DNA Testing Complete on Dannielynn Paternity Suit

MSNBC and TMZ.com have stated that Larry Birkhead and Anna Nicole Smith's daughter, Dannielynn have completed their DNA testing. They visited a Bahamian doctor's office at 9 a.m. Wednesday. Howard K. Stern did not submit a sample because he is presumed to be the father since his name is on the birth certificate.

If Larry and dannielynn's DNA is a match, Stern can be challenged in court to take a DNA test in a fight for custody.

Samples will be sent to a lab in Columbus, Ohio and the results returned to the Bahamas in four days.

If Larry Birkhead is determined to be the father, he is in an excellent position to become the legal father of Dannielynn. Stern could appeal but it is not likely.

Florida Police Listen to New Evidence in Anna Nicole's Death

Florida police are investigating possible homicide in the death of Anna Nicole Smith, so says the Miami Herald. The Bahamian police chief is sitting as well listening to Big Moe, Anna's bodyguard talk about Howard K. Stern giving Anna drugs in the last months of her life.

This new evidence is the cause of Broward County Medical Examiner Joshua Perper delaying autopsy findings.

A court denied Virge Arthur's request to stop Anna Nicole Smith's funeral and has ordered the funeral to continue.

In a last minute attempt to stop the funeral of Anna Nicole Smith, her mother, Virge Arthur has instructed her lawyers to file a petition in a Bahamian court to stop the procession. At the moment, the procession is just blocks away from the church where the funeral was scheduled to take place.

Prince Frederic von Anhalt Files Paternity Papers

Prince Frederic von Anhalt, husband of Zsa Zsa Gabor filed papers in a Santa Monica court to establish paternity of Dannielynn, Anna Nicole Smith's baby daughter. He claims he had a relationship with ANS in January 2006 which is when the baby was probably conceived and is willing to take full responsibility for the girl should he be the father.

The Prince thinks Howard K. Stern's Bahamian wedding to Anna Nicole is laughable and is of no merit.

Stern Executor of Anna Nicole's Estate

Anna Nicole Smith apparently willed her estate to her son Daniel based on a 2001 will assigning Howard K Stern as the trustee who died last September.

In the will, there is a statement that may legally disallow her daughter Dannielynn a claim. . . "I have intentionally omitted to provide for my spouse and other heirs, including future spouses and children and other descendants now living and those hereafter born or adopted," she said.

The will is valid and Howard K. Stern is the one who will decide where Anna Nicole Smith gets buried and may be the one who gets her money. However, the policy of the State of Florida in this matter is you can't totally disinherit a baby.

Howard K. (Sleazeball) Stern Under Suspicion

SleazeBall Stern, 38 the annoying assistant to Anna Nicole Smith seems to have envisioned the earning potential of her in life and in death. He is the subject of an investigation regarding the death of Daniel, 20. It is alleged that Stern gave Daniel his mothers prescription drugs and methadone. Authorities will now question Stern about the last days of Anna Nicole's life.

Stern appears to have kept Anna Nicole high as a kite so he could manipulate her and eventually get the prize at the end of the rainbow. He already sold the rights to his wedding photos and the birth of Dannielynn for $1 million to a tabloid.

- Anna Nicole Smith's sister says Anna was unsure of the father.

- ANS received a prescription for methadone and demerol from San Fernando Valley Dr. Sandeep Kapoor. She received the drug using a false name. Could the doctor be an accessory to the murder of Daniel?

- A court prevents Howard K. Stern from taking Dannielynn out of the country.

- Stern's sister says Anna told her months before Dannielynn was born on September 7 that Larry Birkhead might be the father.

- Anna's mother Virgie Arthur got an injunction fro the Bahaman Supreme Court barring Stern from taking Dannielynn out of the country.

- Stern claims to be the father but Larry Birkhead claims this document is a fraud.

- Since Arthur is the only next of kin, she may be able to claim the body but not until Birkhead's court order is resolved.

- An L. A. judge issued a ruling that DNA has to be collected by Feb. 20th. The Bahamian authorities have the authority to enforce a California court order.

-Anna Nicole's nanny claims she was ordered by her to not feed Dannielynn so she would look sexy. She was supposed to give her 2.5 ounces instead of 3.0 ounces of food every three hours. The nanny also claims if the baby ever called her mommy, Anna Nicole would shoot her. She witnessed two suicide attempts of ANS. She probably felt responsible for Daniel's death.

ANS Autopsy Creates More Questions

Toxicology results will not be completed for several weeks however BHP gained interesting information from the autopsy performed on the body of Anna Nicole Smith.

Contrary to previous news, Police no illegal drugs were found in Anna's hotel room and no illegal drugs were found in Anna Nicole's stomach.

A visual inspection of the contents of the stomach found no drugs however the toxilogical report has not been completed.

Due to the enthusiastic public fascination in this story, tests will be expidited while maintaining accuracy.

Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband claims he had a decade long affair with Anna Nicole Smith and told the Associated Press Friday that he may be the father of Dannielynn.

Prince Frederick von Anhalt, 59, claims Anna Nicole was with him if you go back from September. He met Smith when she was still married to elderly oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall II.

Marshall and Smith met the Zsa Zsa and her husband at the Plaza Hotel in New York, quoting Von Anhalt, "She was a very big fan of Zsa Zsa and wanted to be like Zsa Zsa. She wanted to be a princess."

Judge Says "NO" to Emergency
DNA Testing

Larry Birkhead has suffered yet another legal setback in the ongoing paternity case to determine whether or not he is indeed the birth father of Anna Nicole Smith's little girl.

A judge on Friday refused any testing of Smith's body, but did order her remains preserved until a full hearing on the matter scheduled for February 20th.

Smith's body won't be buried or cremated until the resolution of this matter.

Howard K. Stern; Legal Guardian of Dannielynn

Howard K. Stern, Anna Nicole's boyfriend has already assumed "legal guardianship" of Danielynn, her 5 month old daughter. This is legal under Bahama Law.

Quoting the law, "On the death of the mother of a child, the father, if surviving, shall, subject to the provision of this Act, be guardian of the child, either alone or jointly with any guardian appointed by the mother."

Anna named Stern the father on Danielynn's Bahamian birth certificate. Meanwhile, Larry Birkhead, Anna's former boyfriend has filed legal papers in Los Angeles requesting a judge order a DNA test to determine who the real father is.

Here Come the Lawyers

A prominent family law attorney says the father of Anna Nicole's son Daniel, Billy Smith could possibly sue Anna's estate for wrongful death.

The Bahamas coroner's office says it has a witness who will testify Howard K. Stern gave Daniel methadone. Daniel had seven drugs in his system including anti-depressants and methadone at the time of his death.

The coroner stated there will be a formal investigation into the death of Daniel Smith.

Anna Nicole Autopsy to be Performed Friday

Chief Coroner Johnson of the Broward County Medical Examiner's Office tells us an autopsy on Anna Nicole Smith will be performed Friday morning.

A death certificate will be filed within 24 hours.

Anna's body has been moved to an off-limits area of the hospital reserved for key hospital personnel. Special key cards are necessary to gain access to this area.

Marshall Family Responds

In a statement to the TV show "EXTRA, "the family of J. Howard Marshall, Anna's late husband, said "Our family was shocked by the untimely death of Anna Nicole Smith. We wish to express our sympathies to her family in this difficult time. We understand that many of you will be asking questions concerning the ongoing litigation with Anna. Out of respect to her friends and family we will reserve comment on the litigation at this time."

Anna Nicole Smith Dead at 39

UPDATE: The attorney of Larry Birkhead, the alleged father of Anna Nicole's baby reported Larry "is not OK."

The Seminole Police Department in Florida will participate in a press conference at the Hard Rock Hotel at 4:30 PM EST.

She reportedly collapsed in her room at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida where she was a frequent patron.

Seminole police officials reported at 1:45, Anna Nicole's bodyguard performed CPR on her. She was unresponsive as paramedics took over performing CPR and inserting a breathing tube in her throat. This reportedly took place at 2:00 p.m. E.S.T. and she died at 3:45 p.m. E.S.T.

September 10th, 2006, her son Daniel died of a drug overdose just three days after she gave birth to Dannielynn Hope who is the subject of a DNA fight between Anna Nicole's lawyer and an ex-boyfriend.

Dannielynn is reportedly in the Bahamas being cared for by the mother of Shane Gibson, a high-ranking Bahamian official who is a close friend of Smith's.

Anna's former publicist David Granoff told MSNBC I'm "sad, but not shocked" by Anna's death. There was "Just no spark in her anymore."

WFOR-TV in Miami claims Anna Nicole was found unresponsive in her hotel room which is in conflict with previous information. The hotel room where she was found has been sealed off pending an investigation.
